Passing Score Requirements

To pass the North Dakota Salesperson Exam, you must meet minimum passing scores on BOTH portions:

• National Portion: 70% (at least 70 correct answers)
• State Portion: 75% (at least 30 correct answers)

You will receive your score report immediately after completing the exam.

If you fail one portion, you may retake only that portion within 12 months of your first attempt. Each retake requires a $131 exam fee.
