1.2. Only materials expressly identified as free are available for pre-purchase evaluation. Premium materials are not available for temporary sampling, trial access, or pre-purchase opening under any circumstances.

1.3. You are responsible for reviewing the free materials, course description, and purchase details before completing your purchase.

2.1. All purchases are final and non-refundable, except where a refund is required by a non-waivable applicable law.

2.2. Dissatisfaction with the material, failure to access or use it, partial use, course completion, or failure to pass or obtain a desired examination score does not create eligibility for a refund.

3.1. Once a course, subscription, or plan has been purchased, it cannot be exchanged, transferred, or swapped for another course, subscription, or plan.

3.2. This restriction applies whether the material is unused, partially used, or completed. Finishing a course does not entitle the purchaser to replace it with access to a different course.

3.3. If you stop using a package because you have passed your examination or no longer need the material, you are not entitled to a full or partial refund, and the remaining access cannot be transferred or applied to another package. Your original package will remain active until the end of its current subscription validity period and will then expire automatically.

4.1. We may modify this Refund Policy to reflect changes in our business practices or legal requirements. Updates become effective on the date stated in the revised policy.
