The GACE Marketing (6–12) assessment is a computer-based exam consisting entirely of selected-response (multiple-choice) questions. The assessment is divided into five testlets that may be taken together in one appointment. Candidates must earn a passing cumulative score while also meeting the minimum score requirement for each testlet.

Scoring Information
The GACE Marketing (6–12) assessment is reported using a scaled score ranging from 100 to 300.
Candidates must:
- Earn a cumulative passing score of 220 or higher.
- Meet the minimum required score ("floor") for each individual testlet.
Scores of 250 or above may qualify candidates for the Professional certification level when applicable under Georgia certification requirements.
Unofficial results are not provided immediately after testing. Official score reports are released according to Pearson's published score reporting schedule.
The total fee for taking all five testlets in one testing appointment is $169. Candidates taking individual testlets pay separate fees based on the selected assessment.
